KEK COKLAT SEMPOI



Bahan2:-
1 3/4 cawan tepung gandum
3/4 cawan serbuk koko
1 1/2 camcateh baking powder
1 1/2 camcateh baking soda
1 camcateh garam
2 cawan gula castor
2 biji telur
2 camcateh esen vanila
1/2 cawan minyak sayuran
1 cawan susu segar, dipanaskan


Cara2:-
1. Gaulkan tepung gandum, gula, koko, baking powder, baking soda dan garam sehingga sebati.
2. Masukkan telur dan minyak sayuran dan pukul selama 5 minit.
(The batter will be a bit tough for a cake, but it’s ok)
3. Akhir skali barulah masukkan susu segar dan pukul selama 5 minit lagi (adunan sgt cair).
Be careful sbb the batter will splash everywhere and keep in mind the milk is Hot.
4. Masukkan semua adunan ke dalam 1 loyang SAHAJA (agak2 22cm diameter).
5. The cake will most definitely naik gila2, tp jgn panic.
6. It will shrink back bila dah sejuk (something like gateau).
Kalau adunan dibahagi dlm 2 loyang, you won’t get its super moist.
7. Bakar dalam oven (yang dah preheat), 180 degrees Celcius selama lebih kurang 40 minit.
