CHOCOLATE CAKE
Bahan2:-
(A)
1 cup cocoa powder
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
(B)
1 1/2 cups butter
1 1/2 cups icing sugar
4 eggs
2 cups self-raising flour
1 teaspoon ovallette
Cara2:-
1. Place ingredients A in a pot and cook on low heat till well combined. Remove from heat and let it cool to room temperature.
2. Cream butter and icing sugar. Add in the ovallette.
3. Add in eggs, one at a time and continue beating.
4. Fold in flour, little at a time.
5. Pour in the cocoa mixture and keep folding till well mixed.
6. Pour the ready mixture into a tray, I used a square 9 x9 cake tin, lined with greaseproof paper.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C (for big ovens) for 40 – 45 minutes. Check by inserting a skewer in the middle of thecake. If the skewer comes out clean, then the cake is ready.
